Masks...

Played inter-class soccer on Friday and our class won.... Yayyy!!! The class has finally proved something to others... 5-0 is not a finals score.... It was more like a friendly.... Will always remember my 8-15 seconds goal that brought the team into the finals... Dribbling past THREE players before scoring.... Then it happened and my face is partially swollen now...

Mask
Everyone we see now, their face is covered in a mask... Who we noe are not what they actually are... It just what they portray... What they want us to noe about them.... We never really understand anybody... That's cause only only we noe ourselves... Who we are to others are not who we are to ourselves...

The expressions on our faces tell the whole story sometimes... But then again, we can fake a smile or pretend to be angry... We can laugh off criticism.... But are those the true feelings??? Or just the mask on our faces, hiding our true expressions???

The mask makes everyone scary... We know not of their true intentions.... We noe NOTHING about them... The expressions may be real... But what if it's not??? We cant tell what another truly is, what he truly means.... Misunderstandings thus occur... This happens when the person pulls off his mask and truly is himself....

A person may wear his mask all the time and not want people noe who he is... Anger is the only enemy of the mask... It causes it to vanish, unleashing the true person that we all dunnoe... It shows the purest form of a person...

To be who we really are, we need to take off this mask.... To stop trying to be somebody but be ourselves... The mask conceals our true identity, who we really are... It impedes our progress to be truly ourselves...

Tearing this mask off will be painful.. Reality will hit you hard... U will realise that no one noes you actually... But there will be no gain without pain... People will truly noe you for who you are...

This mask.... Is it time to take it off???
